All riders will receive a full-color water-resistant map of their route either in their rider packets. A limited supply will also be available near  the registration booth on the morning of the ride.

Some of our maps were printed with incorrect colors, We have attempted to correct this by taping over the arrow on the map with the correct color.  Remember, your wrist band and bib colors are the same as the arrows you should follow on the road.

Course Markings

Routes will be marked with designated road arrows. Turn-by-turn directions will also be found on the reverse side of the map. The color of your route will match across your bike stickers, wrist band, route map, road arrows, and other course markings. The typical course colors are below, but are subject to change before event day.

Route Arrow Color
Mini Blue
Compact  Century Yellow
Classic Century Green
Mt. Tam   Purple
Super Tam    Orange

Turns will be marked with white signs. Each year, some of our signs go missing, so please rely mostly on your route map and cue sheet.

Lots of factors influence our routes, and they can have changes right up to the last minute.  Please check the route maps at the starting area to confirm the published  map is the very latest version.
