Dive right in with Susan Nawbary and Lorraine Trautwein as we continue our Slow Sunday Leisurely Pace Spring Series. Ride easy at a 10-12 mph average pace and build up your stamina. Have you been looking for a shorter ride to hop back into the fray; been off the bike for a little while and want to jump back in; looking to refresh some group riding skills? This is a terrific opportunity to ride on a course that has bike paths, lower traffic volume roads and gentler climbs. Share your riding questions, comments and thoughts with us...others may have similar experiences. Do bring at least 1 bottle of liquid and energy bar/gel/gummies for the ride. Please make sure your bike in good maintenance.
Regroups and stops:
There will be plenty of regroups and definitely a mid-ride potty break. To be determined by the ride leader.
