Description: Hop on this pair of rides for a lovely loop by a way of Lucas Valley Rd, Sir Francis Drake to Samuel P. Taylor Park, Pt. Reyes Petaluma Road to the resevoir and on the bike way parallel 101 in Novato. Pick either course and go! Please carefully review the route well in advance of the ride. Download to your bike computer or print out the route before heading out. Members and Non-members welcome. Please register for the ride.
Rick Krueger will lead the 53 miles/+2,900' route Route Map at a social pace (12.9-14 mph inclusive of all climbs.) NOT A NO DROP RIDE and Not a beginner's ride. If you ride way ahead of the leader or fall behind you will end up riding on your own. Try to stay with the main group or find a buddy who knows the way to ride with you. Regroups and stops as determined by the ride leader.
The heftier 63 miles/+3,600' Route Map Moderate Pace is with Nigel Faulkner while the Brisk Pace will be leaderless. This course includes a bonus Wilson Hill and Chileno Valley Rd jaunt. Brisk Pace riders welcome! You are welcome to ride either of the routes at the pace you choose, stop for a snack or not, but please know that if you do not keep up with the group or you ride way faster than the group's pace you will be riding on your own. Suggested water/bathroom stops: mile 18.1 Samuel P. Taylor Park and mile 39.6 Helen Putnam Park.

-All riders must register to ride, members and non-members
-20% or more chance of rain at noon cancels the ride
-Must wear a helmet
-Please make sure your bike is in good maintenance
-Bring spare tube(s), mini pump/C02, or tubeless repair kit as necessary
-Day time running lights are highly recommended
-Please obey all traffic rules
-Share the road, ride as far to the right as practicable
-Please download the route to your bike computer or print out a route sheet
