Healus To Dolan Rides and Biomechanics of Cycling Workshop -- CANCELLED

Two great rides and a workshop!
We'll start at the Healus Center in Mill Valley and ride across the bridge and into the city to Dolan Law Firm for bagels ,coffee and swag.
AB riders will come back via scenic route and BC riders will head up Hawk Hill and add some more miles around the Tiburon Loop.
We'll all meet back at Healus for a workshop with Jocelyn Olivier who will share 45 years of bodyfixin' wisdom on postural strategies for bicycling, sitting, and working in ways that minimize stress or pain in structure and maximize energy output and performance. If you’re a weekend road warrior, distance rider or just enjoy a leisurely Sunday cruise you’ll want to know what 2X Ironman finisher, Siobhan Budge, has to share with you on staying stocked up on nutrition and how best to carry it while riding. Learn tips to stay pain free on the bike!
