Coffee and pastries  will be available at Red Whale on our return.

This is a special clinic for new and beginning road riders. We'll review bike fit,  proper shifting technique, safe braking,  smooth pedaling, "quiet riding" and group riding basics and safety. You Must Register for this Ride!
